  • Retreat: Reconnect. Heal. Thrive. – Summer 2025



    Held amidst nature’s serene embrace, our 2025 Summer Retreat invited guests to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to themselves. Through mindful movement, community connection, and restorative outdoor experiences, participants rediscovered balance and clarity. From sunrise meditations to guided hikes and soulful workshops, the retreat became a space to release, realign, and reconnect with the rhythms of nature — and within.

  • Breast Cancer Awareness Think Pink Hike: IV Hydrate Cafe x The Nature RX


    In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, The Nature RX partnered with IV Hydrate Café for a meaningful Think Pink Hike — blending wellness, community, and purpose. Together, we walked in solidarity, celebrated strength, and raised awareness for women’s health through movement, mindfulness, and connection. This event reminded us that healing is not only personal, but also collective — when we walk together, we rise together.

  • Go Red for Health Hike • Valentine’s Edition

    In honor of Heart Health Month, The Nature Rx hosted a special Go Red for Heart Health Hike — blending movement, mindfulness, and community connection. Together, we walked with intention, honored the importance of heart wellness, and embraced self-love through guided reflection and time in nature. This experience reminded us that caring for the heart goes beyond the physical — it’s about nurturing connection, vitality, and collective well-being. When we move together, we strengthen more than our bodies — we strengthen our community.
